CATE ADHD Self-Assessment
Cognitive cartography

See your pattern.

CATE is a local self-assessment suite for mapping attention, executive function, and related patterns. Full raw data is free to export, completely private, and never leaves your machine.

Start simple

Begin with ASRS v1.1, then add more assessments only when the extra context helps.

Keep evidence visible

Results show thresholds, validity notes, scoring limitations, and the full raw response data.

Map, don't diagnose

CATE highlights repeated patterns for discussion with a qualified clinician.

Sample result emblem

A pattern you can see.

The overall report compresses completed assessments into one CATE constellation. Shape shows where evidence gathers without reducing the pattern to a numeric score.

Sample data, not a diagnosis
01

Points

Each node is a plain-language domain: attention, impulsivity, organization, emotional regulation, lifestyle, and hyperactivity.

02

Path

The connected line follows only dimensions with saved evidence, making clusters and gaps visible without reading a table.

03

Activation

Warm amber marks recurring evidence. Stone marks quieter patterns. Gold stays neutral: orientation, not diagnosis.

Assessment battery

A structured map, not a single score.

CATE combines brief symptom screeners, executive-function profiles, childhood-history recall, and a timed attention task. Each assessment keeps its own report, while the overall results page looks for repeated signals across measures.

Overall CATE results

One report for the whole pattern.

The all-results page collates every saved assessment into a cross-assessment profile. It shows which tools are complete, where signals repeat, which results carry validity cautions, and what remains open.

Profile emblem

A constellation-style summary turns repeated attention, impulsivity, organization, emotional, and lifestyle indicators into a compact visual mark.

Validity and limitations

Reports preserve cautions, simulated-norm limitations, and plain-language non-diagnostic guidance.

Raw data export

Completed assessments can export scores and response-level data locally for audit, discussion, or record keeping.

Private by default

CATE stores results locally in browser storage. No account, tracking, or server-side result storage is required.
